DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
DELIVERY PROCESS
Delivery is carried out to all of Turkey through our contracted courier company.
After your order is dispatched, it is usually delivered within 5 business days.
In case of delays or similar situations, you can contact us or track your shipment using the provided tracking number.

EXCHANGE
You can exchange the product you received within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date without damaging/altering the packaging and without using the product. You can request an exchange with a petition or contact form including the product, product invoice, the name/link of the product you want to exchange, and your order number. If there is no product available for exchange, you can return the product.
REFUND
You can return the product you received free of charge within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date in its original condition. You can make a return request with a petition or contact form including the product, product invoice, reason for return, and your order number.
Prepare the product you received with its original packaging, box, parts, and materials carefully and without damage,

You can send it to the address below using any courier company you want, with the shipping cost covered by you; If you do not want to pay the shipping fee, please send it via ArasKargo in the name of Erkus Sport.
After we receive the product, it will undergo a brief check, and your refund will be processed using the payment channels you used. In the case of returns made with a credit card, an immediate refund instruction is given as soon as the return request is made by you (in the case of the product not reaching us or not being sent to you at all). Depending on your bank's procedures, the refund will be reflected on your card within 7-30 business days. After we inform your bank about the return instruction, we recommend that you discuss the matter with your bank to expedite the process.
Our Bank transfer/EFT payments are made every Tuesday. Your given return instruction will be evaluated on the first Tuesday and will be transferred to your account within 7 business days from that day. In case of any issues, please contact our authorized personnel for information.
